Kisah menyedihkan bagi negara Indonesia

Ini adalah list-list yang saya kumpulkan mengenai kenyataan yang ada di Indonesia  (dan akan terus saya update):

- Masih banyak pejabat yang melakukan Korupsi, namun petinggi2 negara seperti menutup mata. Padahal hal itu sangat merugikan negara.
contoh : Kasus Gayus sang Markus Pajak Indonesia.
”Hari Gini nggak bayar pajak” seharusnya “Hari ini masih korupsi.., ingat neraka !!!”
Tidak hanya departemen pajak yang menjadi lahan basah, dibeberapa departemen pemerintah masih menjadi sarangnya, seperti Bea cukai, Sosial, Pekerjaan umum dan lainnya.

- Masih banyak orang-orang yg ber uang tinggal dipenjara dengan fasilitas yang mewah.
contoh : Penjara mewah Artalyta
solusi : untuk hal ini harus tetap dimonitoring, jangan hanya waktu audit saja
 

- Masih banyak penegak hukum tidak menjalankan tugas2 nya secara benar. Dimana seharusnya hukum tidak membeda2kan status dan harus adil.
Contoh : Hakim yang korup, untuk keperluan pribadinya


- Orang miskin dan terlantar dipelihara oleh negara.
Negara yang mana ….? UUD tersebut sudah tdk mencerminkan keadaan yang sebenarnya.

How to make Good Interview

This is several point that we must consider when we do interview with target person.

1. Be yourself
The more nature you sound, the better the interview.

2. Let the interviewer lead
Base on to the question that the interviewer prepare.

3. Don’t talk to quickly
You must talk clearly, with confidence and power.

4. Agree with the agenda
You must have agenda to go, follow it and go to the schedule plan.

5. Don’t ask questions in advance
Ussualy we create agenda with the question that we already sent in day before, and sometime the user will focus for the questions that already on draft.

6. Do your own research
Before we want to interview someone, we should do research to know the profile of user deeply, and what that he/she do on their bussiness.

7. Pick the correct time
On this case i will give you an advise, choose base on user desire and not on working time. Example on the timebreak.

8. Prepare yourself
Make sure you dress well and have tools that support you (like paper, pen, tape and etc).

Have a nice interview.

Terkait dengan rencana pelaksanaan Outbond dalam rangkan 14th BSI Anniversary yang akan dilaksanakan tanggal 10 dan 11 April 2010, berikut beberapa informasi yang perlu diketahui.

Thema : COMMUNICATION BUILD EXCELLENT TEAM

Perusahaan menyadari bahwa sukses perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kerjasama team. Kerjasama team bisa dibangun jika anggota team mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.

OBJECTIVE :

- Memahami dan menyadari penting serta perlunya secara bersama- sama membangun Kualitas Komunikasi

- Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan kesiapan peserta dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk mendapatkan efektifitas dalam team

- Meningkatkan dan membangun Team yang solid melalui program pelatihan indoor dan outdoor.

Persiapan :

Perlengkapan Pribadi (Standard) yg harus dibawa dan penggunaanya lihat schedule dibawah

1. Sepasang Sepatu Olah Raga/Kets
2. Kaos kaki minimal 10 cm diatas mata kaki
3. Baju Hangat
4. Celana Training atau celana gunung 1 pcs (untuk acara outdoor)
5. Obat-obatan pribadi dan supplement sesuai kebutuhan pribadi
6. Perlengkapan pribadi termasuk pakaian untuk 2 hari

Transportasi:

Semua peserta akan diberangkatkan dengan 3 BUS yang sudah siapkan oleh Event Organizer. (EO) Kendaraan pribadi dapat diparkir diparkiran belakang kantor selama mengikuti kegiatan outbound

1 unit mobil operational akan disiapkan untuk keperluan mendesak/ mendadak.
