How to use Conditional Formatting in Excel 2007

You can use Conditional Formatting in Excel 2007, and here the steps to do :

1. First create your data in Excel sheet
2. Block data that need to filtering by color (cell function with conditional formatting)

3. After that click menu – Conditional Formatting – New Rule
 

4. Fill new formatting, in this case i choose format only cell that contain less than value 8 ( so value than less than 8 will get red color)

5. After that click button Format, and click on tab Fill and fill it with red color

6. And here the result :

Ok you can try this step, and have a nice excel explorer.
